All orders must be placed through our website. We accept payment via Square. Payment is required at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill part of your order, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or provide a refund for unavailable items.

Pricing Adjustments

We do our best to keep prices fair and consistent. However, since ingredient and supply costs can change, our prices may be adjusted from time to time. Please note that we can’t honor past pricing once an update has been made.

Allergen Information

Our products are homemade in a cottage food kitchen. While we take precautions, our facility processes common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for specific allergen information before ordering.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up window for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up window will not be refunded.

Quality Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with details and photos if possible. We will be happy to work with you to issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders, special orders, and items that have been consumed or altered cannot be returned or refunded.
